Hands On
Greenville, a program of United Way of Greenville County, helps individuals,
families and corporate and community groups find flexible volunteer
opportunities at more than 300 service organizations. Hands On Greenville
volunteers are at work every day of the year building community and meeting
critical needs in schools, parks, senior homes, food banks, pet shelters,
low-income neighborhoods and more.
Hands On Greenville
has been a strategic partner of United Way of Greenville County since 2005. In January 2010, Hands On Greenville
merged with United Way of Greenville County. The merging of these
two strong organizations further strengthens our commitment and ability to
link volunteers with rewarding opportunities, champion volunteerism and civic
engagement, and understand, identify and respond to the changing needs of our
community. Hands On
Greenville is an affiliate program of Points of Light Institute and Hands On
Network.
